Come visit Artist-in-Residence Kiki Díaz-Davis during her Studio Open Doors!
Ingrid “Kiki” Díaz-Davis, known as Kiki, is a Summit County-based artist originally from Guatemala. Her simple, colorful, and nature-inspired art reflects her cultural roots and passion for inclusivity. With a background in architecture and a love for self-taught creativity, Kiki creates vibrant works that span textile art, printmaking, jewelry, and clothing design.
After moving to Colorado in 2018, Kiki found art as a way to process her journey of immigration and build community. In 2021, she and her husband founded Simple Art Studio, which has grown into a full-time creative practice. Today, Kiki’s work celebrates free expression while incorporating her rich cultural heritage and connection to nature.
