Riverwalk Center

Breck Create contracts with the Town of Breckenridge to manage and operate the town’s cultural facilities, including the Riverwalk Center, Breckenridge Theater, Eclipse Theater, Old Masonic Hall and the studios on the Arts District campus. These venues are available for rent to third-party producers, community partners and anyone seeking a unique venue for an event, performance or special occasion. If you’re seeking to produce a memorable and community-minded event, Breck Create offers an unparalleled setting, experienced professionals and high-quality equipment to meet your event needs.

Before requesting a hold for a particular date and venue, please review our Booking and Hold Policies. This document provides answers to some of our most asked questions and will help you understand how we handle holds, date challenges, and contracting for venue rentals. 

Local artists interested in renting one of our studio spaces are encouraged to apply to our Open Door Program.

In-Kind Facility Use Grants

Non-profit organizations serving the demographic area of Breckenridge as well as the Upper Blue River region may qualify for an in-kind grant to use one of our facilities. 

Applications are considered once per year for the coming calendar year and are available in English and Spanish. The application portal opened July 1 and closes August 31st, 2024 for the upcoming calendar year. We anticipate grant award notifications to be sent out beginning Oct 1, 2024.

750 seat/1000 standing room capacity performance venue. The space is flexible with pitched removable seating and glass doors that open onto a lawn adjacent to the Blue River.

Arts District Campus

A multi-facility arts campus that hosts workshops, exhibits, artists-in-residence, and a variety of other activities for locals and visitors alike. Old Masonic Hall is part of the Arts District Campus. If you wish to explore a rental of a venue on the Arts District Campus please contact us.

Breckenridge Theater

121 S. Ridge Street | Breckenridge, CO 80424

An intimate 137-seat theater used for a variety of performances and houses an art gallery in its lobby.  Rental availability of the Breckenridge Theater is determined based on the production season of the resident company, the Breckenridge Backstage Theatre Company.

ECLIPSE THEATER

A 150-seat movie theater that screens first-run, commercial titles as well as classics, independent, and art house films.  Rental availability of the Eclipse Theater is determined based on the production season of the resident company, Breck Film.
