Join Dari for an interactive Alice in Wonderland themed Family Yoga Story Time. Yoga poses are shapes you make with your body. Come ready to release energy in a fun, safe activity during an engaging story time! Mats will be provided for kids & accompanying adult(s). Come ready to move, stretch, listen and use your imagination.
This experience takes place within Inner Harmony, Laurie Shapiro’s immersive, hand-painted environment of color, light, and pattern inspired by BIFA’s theme of Other Worlds.

Dari Johnson, M.S. Retired Early Childhood Specialist; mini-yogis ®certified; author and distributor of Kids Yoga Story Time Cards & Lesson Plans. Yoga Story Time Presenter at libraries, educational & play group settings; RYT200 hour Yoga Teacher, Certified IAIM Infant Massage Instructor. Retired, happily living a healthy lifestyle of hiking, biking, walking, traveling & discovering “what’s new today!” with her husband
