Guided Movement • Meditation Journey • Journaling + Creative Response 

Join artist Laurie Shapiro and facilitator Jasmine Leslie Ross for a guided exploration of creativity, imagination, and inner discovery. Through meditation, reflection, and journaling prompts, participants are invited to slow down, tune in, and explore the rich landscape of their inner world. 

This experience encourages participants to move beyond everyday thinking and reconnect with curiosity, intuition, and possibility. The journey concludes with an opportunity for creative response, allowing participants to express insights, inspirations, and discoveries that emerge along the way. 

No artistic experience is necessary—only a willingness to explore, reflect, and engage with the creative spirit that lives within us all. 

Creation Station: Intention Setting 

Following the meditative journey, create an art-card response to mail back to yourself.  

This experience takes place within Inner Harmony, Laurie Shapiro’s immersive, hand-painted environment of color, light, and pattern inspired by BIFA’s theme of Other Worlds.
