Stacked Yard Sculptures: 3-Part Handbuilding Series

Stacked Yard Sculptures: 3-Part Handbuilding Series

In this intermediate to advanced hand building class, students will learn how to construct sculptures made of stacked, interlocking vessel forms. This approach opens up possibilities for modular pieces that can be rearranged, as well as larger-scale work perfect for outdoor display.

15 lbs of recycled class clay will be provided per student, though additional/different studio clay may be purchased. Final piece size will vary based on each student’s goals and experience.
