Alchemy Flow: Art-inspired Movement
Experience the transformative fusion of art and movement in our Alchemy Flow Series. These 60-minute sessions blends expressive movement, inspired by dance and yoga, with a curated sensory experience—visual art, evocative sounds , rhythmic melodies and poetic themes—fostering mindfulness and creative self-expression. Join us to move, create and experience art in a new way.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING
All levels are welcome. Yoga mats will be available to borrow. Comfortable attire recommended. We will be moving barefoot.
Pricing
Breck Create Members: $18
Non-Members: $29 ($25 + $4 service fee)
Age Requirement
Participants must be 12 or older to participate.

For classes taking place on the Arts District campus, please check-in with the instructor at the class location.
