Ecstatic Dance
Guided by local yoga teacher, Kat Carter and featuring music curated by local DJ Emily Baughman, this 90-minute session invites you to move freely and authentically to an eclectic mix of electronic beats and world rhythms. This judgment-free space requires no choreography or prior dance experience; it’s meant to awaken your senses and inspire authentic self-expression.

All levels are welcome. Comfortable attire recommended. We will be moving barefoot.
