This workshop offers a playful space to capture your favorite person through any lens you choose, whether you want to master the fine lines of Realism or dive into the fragmented world of Cubism. You can spend the evening carefully mapping out the light and shadow of your partner’s features for a classic likeness, or throw the rulebook away to paint them in vibrant, abstract “Picasso-style” bursts of color and shape. Guided by dynamic prompts that help you translate their personality onto the canvas, the class focuses on the connection between artist and subject, culminating in a “Grand Reveal” where you see yourselves through each other’s eyes—whether as a polished portrait or a wild, avant-garde masterpiece.

What to know before registering

Tickets will include 1 drink of beer or wine. Additional drinks are available for purchase. Participants must be 21 or older to attend.
