ABOUT 2MX2
Hailing from Denver, 2MX2 is a powerhouse Latinx alternative band blending reggaeton, Spanglish lyrics, rock, and hip-hop into an energetic and socially conscious sound. Founded by cousins Owen Trujillo (O1) and Hugo Rodriguez (Juice E Hugo), along with longtime producer DMDTheProducer, the group has grown into one of Colorado’s most talked-about acts. With the addition of vocalist Lolita (Lolitaworldwide), drummer Kenny O (Flobots), guitarist Adrian Garay, and multi-instrumentalist Eastlin, their music carries messages of unity and revolution.
In 2024, their single “Si Se Puede” gained traction on Indie 102.3 FM and radio stations across Latin America, resonating with its message of resilience and solidarity. Their growing influence earned them the Colorado Sound Award for ‘Band You Would Drive 105.5 Miles to See’ and a feature on NPR’s World Cafe. With a debut full-length album on the horizon, 2MX2 continues to break barriers, blending cultures, genres, and generations through music that inspires and unites.

AirStage in Your Neighborhood
Breck Create’s summer Block Parties bring live music and art directly into Breckenridge and Summit County neighborhoods. Powered by the AirStage—a retrofitted 1975 Airstream turned mobile venue—these free, family-friendly events create space for community connection through music, creativity, and good vibes.
Each Block Party is uniquely tailored to its location, offering an up-close experience with local performers and artists in a laid-back, come-as-you-are setting.
Artists-in-residence Justin Tyler Tate and Aimee Kuiper will collaborate with community members throughout the summer on interactive art installations. Tate is a Canadian-born, internationally recognized artist whose expansive sculptural practice bridges exhibitions, residencies, and publications around the globe. Kuiper is an author and illustrator whose colorful character art brings third culture stories to life and fosters creativity across generations.
Stop by the Tin Shop and Robert Whyte House during AirStage Après events to contribute to these evolving Community Art Projects.
